While the cost to return any unwanted item (s) sits with the customer our team in London will arrange everything on your behalf and provide a returns label via email. If you plan to return your order, please ensure you keep the original packaging as items must reach us in the same condition in which they were sent.

Should this happen, please keep all packaging, take pictures of the damage and notify us immediately. Our team will then sort everything out for you.
